Based out of Franklin, West Virginia, Hubbard Family Construction is a family-owned business established by Frank and Ben Hubbard. Frank began his career as a brick and block mason and has forty-one years of experience in masonry work. He has been self-employed for thirty-five years and has been a licensed general contractor for fifteen years. All of Frank’s children have worked alongside him throughout the years. In 2017, Frank's oldest son, Ben, moved back to Franklin to partner with Frank. Hubbard Family Construction became a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in 2017.
